I created Athena Village in 2016 because I needed it and it didn’t exist yet.
A place where women could show up as the whole complicated, creative, multi-hatted version of themselves — not just the professional one. Where connection comes before hustle and belonging isn’t something you have to earn.
What started as a community became a calling — and eventually a career helping other women build their own.
We’ve been going strong ever since. And the women who find their way here tend to say the same thing: “I didn’t know how much I needed this.”
