Hiring a life coach is like getting a “personal trainer for your soul;” someone who helps you clarify and articulate what you want most from life and how best to achieve it.

Your coach helps you get past your obstacles in order to create the results you want in life, work, relationships and spiritual growth.

Let’s face it, ‘Life Coaching’ is one of the most cheesiest-sounding phenomena to emerge from the end of the 20th Century. However, at least the way my coaches and I try to do it, coaching is a gritty, potent method by which adults can be induced to change their lives. – Martha Beck

I “live it to give it” – that means I work with a coach myself and have seen the benefits of such a relationship. I also practice self coaching so that I will be present and focused for you.

A Life Coach is not a Therapist.

Coaching is no substitute for therapy. It is not for anyone with serious emotional problems or depression.

Coaching is about creating results, not dealing with crises. Your sessions with a life coach will focus on the future and, as a result, assist in changing attitudes resulting from past experience.
