Words that help define me... my motto: frivolum bonus est = silly is good!A column titled “Martha Beck’s Five (New) Best Pieces of Advice” in O Magazine inspired me to dig in and find my calling - Life Design.

The search for my own north star has given me a wealth of experience – some to “hell and back” as Martha would say!  I’m excited to be able to put to great use now. I have a BS degree in Mental Health Management from MN State University.  My professional experiences range from arts administration and television production, to remodeling, design and construction.

I’ve been a film commissioner, publisher, director of a small regional theatre, co-owner of a small construction company, and a dancer with a regional dance company!

My career has been fun and varied – and it’s all been a great preparation for becoming a life and creativity coach. It’s true – when it’s right, you “JUST KNOW IT!”

I think about all of the people I’ve drawn into my life so far, and I get so excited about what is yet to come!!
